Terms, Conditions & Policies

Thank you for choosing Milenio Invitations to create your invitations and/or stationery and let us be part of your special day!

You agree to the below terms and conditions when making your first payment to Milenio Invitations and/or by visiting our site, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced in here. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions and make sure that you understand them before placing an order with us. These Terms and Conditions will apply to any contract between us for the sale of goods and services a to you. If you refuse to accept these Terms and Conditions, Milenio Invitations will not be able to supply goods and services to you.

Milenio Invitations reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on the website, it is your responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit the website. All orders placed with Milenio Invitations will be subject to these Terms and Conditions. Milenio Invitations reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage.

Prices

All prices displayed are in United Sates dollars (USD). All our prices are visible on our website at all times.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

For items don’t listed on our webpage, will be quoted on request.

Payments

50% deposit is required to place the order. The full payment must be received within the next 2 weeks after approval of the digital sample.

Once payment has been received in full, we arrange the order shipment and delivery. Milenio Invitations cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.

Our payment options displayed on the Billing page and are Debit or Credit card through Stripe or PayPal through our website.

For each product or service, you order from the website, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales tax, surcharges and any delivery fees for the delivery service you select) as of the time you submitted the order. Unless agreed upon an alternative billing arrangement in writing, we will automatically bill your credit card submitted as part of the order process. By using a credit or debit card you signify that you are the rightful owner of the card. We shall not be responsible for inappropriate credit card use nor shall we bear the responsibility to verify credit card owner. By ordering from us, you agree to pay for all collection costs, attorney’s fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.

Order Timeline

Order is considered placed when you pay at least the 50% deposit and give the full information of the event. Once we received your deposit and order form, we will schedule your order.

You will receive the first digital proof in the next 2 working days.

Unlimited rounds of proofing are included with no extra free. Please note that the design process takes around 7 days on average.

Once the digital proof its authorized the printing and as assembly process takes between 2-3 weeks. This includes any finishing, laser invitations, pocket fold invitations, envelope liners and thermography and foil printing.

We will always try to accommodate tighter timescales if we can, we also offer rush order service please read the Rush Orders Policy.

Rush Orders Policy

If you need your items as soon as possible, we do take rush orders. Once you place your order, on the billing page you will find a check box that says Rush Order, you can select that and it will be taken as a Rush Order and we will charge extra 20% on the order total.

Rush orders must be paid in full at the time of order placement. Rush Orders are considered placed when you pay in full your order and receive the full information of the event.

You will receive the first digital proof in the next 2 working days. Unlimited rounds of proofing are included with no extra free. Please note that the design process takes around 7 days on average. We will always try to accommodate tighter timescales if we can.

Once the digital proof its authorized the printing and as assembly process takes 1 week.

You must consider the shipping time after we ship the order.

Overnight shipping on rush orders: Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight shipping, but remember we ship everything via Priority Mail Service and it will take 1-3 days to arrive on domestic shipments and 6-10 days on international ones, therefore in certain cases you can make a special request for overnight shipping and we will check the availability and we will send you a quotation for the service (see Shipping Policy).

Proofs and Artwork

Your digital artwork will be designed once your deposit is paid and order form received and will be sent via email, between the next 2 working days after the order is placed to the email you provide in your registration. We do not start the printing and assembly process of your order until we have received artwork proofing approval from you in writing through email.

We will follow with great detail the design brief or specifications you give us. All digital artwork must be thoroughly reviewed by you to check that all spelling & grammar is correct.

If you require changes to your digital artwork, you can make changes on ink colors or fonts as well, we provide unlimited digital proofs free of charge, updates will be made to your digital artwork as many times that is required until you are happy to provide approval. But we highly recommend reading through all designs carefully and sending back your changes in one go, so the design process can be more efficient.

Please be aware that any major changes to the design at this stage may incur in a longer design process time and thus extend the delivery time. 

Milenio Invitations prides ourselves to be fabulous proof-readers, great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate however sometimes mistakes can happen it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, copy, spelling and grammar. Please check it once, check it twice and check it for a third time lucky! Before approval.

Once you are happy with the final proof, we will ask for formal approval via email confirming that you are happy for us to go to print. This must be completed before we can go to print.

Please note that a delay on the approval will be affect the order el delivery time.

All approved artwork which we require to receive from you via email, is then considered correct and final, if designs are approved with type errors and subsequently start the printing and assembly process, Milenio Invitations takes no responsibility for uncorrected errors in the artwork provided to you for approval and will not be liable for any resulting cost and accepts no responsibility.

It is therefore of the utmost importance that you check all spelling and copy thoroughly before approving any designs.

Once you approve the digital sample we will send you an email with the deadlines for sending the guest list (in case you want this service and you haven’t send it yet) and to make the final payment with a link to make it. (see the guest list and payment section for more details).

Nothing is printed until we have your final proof approval, we have unlimited rounds of revisions are included, and we will spend as much time necessary working with you to perfect your invitations! Therefore, if you want to make changes after your confirmation, please contact your assigned designer by email immediately asking for corrections you want to make, we will check the status of your order and let you know if changes can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order for requested changes. We will do our best to make any changes before your order is printed. However, due to our fast turn-around time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to intercept or change any order once it has been authorized. Thus, it is important that you make sure your order is correct before you confirm your e-proofs.

Besides, if you want to add items such as brooches, mail envelopes, detail cards and other accessories to the order, the design stage is the one to add them by letting your assigned designer know via email.

Ink Colors, Differences & Availability

Please note that the color on your screen may differ from printed color, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on phones and tablets. Please have in mind that printers also vary and that your final stationery will be printed on the highest quality professional print press therefore the colors may be slightly different from the ones on your screen.

Milenio Invitations offers all material as available in good faith however occasionally shortages and discontinuations occur without our prior understanding. We will email you immediately if this occurs and will advise amended time frames or suggest a similar item where applicable.

Please note that when printing directly onto textured or recycled paper or card stock, due to the uneven surface found within textured stock there may be slight ink imperfections on the finished product.

Printed physical samples

We want you to be sure that are committed to quality and we have more than 25 year of experience with no quality complains.

Not customized samples are available for sale in our website, you can order one to verify the quality of it. We recommend to order it before purchasing the whole order or any future order. The sample cost will be fully refundable in store credit for when you placer the actual order of your invitations.

Also you can visit one of our dealers in your city (check the dealers list here) or meet us on a wedding fair in your area (check the events we are attending here).

To guaranty a fast and efficient service we don’t offer printed customized proofs by any circumstance. You will only receive a digital proof by email after placing an order.

Change of Design and/or Model

We know this is one of your most special days in your life and we are committed to your happiness, we want you to have a great experience planning it and have the invitations you have dreamed of, so before the sample formal approval, during the design process, it is possible to change the model and/or design, if you don’t like it or if you change your mind. A $20 usd fee will be charged.

Place note that if decide you change the model and/or design of your invitation the timeline will restart and the delivery time will be affected.

If you want to add items such as brooches, mail envelopes, detail cards and other accessories to the order, the design stage is the one to add them by letting your assigned designer know via email.

Guest List

We offer the guest addressing service. You can request it on the details page when you place the order. If you add it to your order you must follow this guidelines:

You must attach the guest list on the details page or send it to your assigned designer by email in word or excel format, no pictures allowed and must be in type form format so we can copy and paste the information. (see the blog post on how to write the guest list here).

Guest names and address will be printed as you write them in the guest list, we don’t make any changes or spelling corrections. Remember to use uppercase and lowercase.

You will not receive individual digital artworks for each guest invitation or stationery.

Once you approve the digital sample you have 2 days to send Guest List, if you don’t send it by the dead line the service will be automatically canceled.

Postage

Due most of our customers prefer to give the invitations by hand in person our designs DO NOT include mail envelopes, so if you want to mail them, you will have to add mail envelopes to your order.

In case you decide to mail them, please note, most of our invitations require a large letter postage.  Please check with the post office before sending to avoid them being damaged in the post.

Add or subtract items to your order

We highly recommend to make at least a draft of your guest list, before purchasing so you can be sure about the quantity of invitations you’ll need. (Visit our blog to get tips on calculating the quantity of invitations you’ll need here). 

If after placing your order, you realize you’ll need more invitations, you can send an email to your assigned designer with the quantity you’ll like to add, and we will check the status of your order and the availability, and we will let you know if its possible to add more items to your order or if you have to make a new one.

In case you have to place a new order, you’ll have to let us know in the comment box on the information page, so we can skip the design stage and have them ready as soon as possible. Note that the price will be different depending on the quantity you order.

Otherwise if you need less invitations, we do not accept cancelations after we receive the order, due we start handling the order materials as soon as we receive the order (Please see cancelation policy).

Shipping Policy

Shipping methods: We ship all items via Priority US Postal Service. Priority Mail Service delivery in 1-3 business days. Priority Mail International Service delivery in 6-10 business days. Please note that some countries cannot be shipped by priority mail service and it will be shipped by regular mail. Also note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

Shipping cost: Shipping is always FREE Worldwide when you place any order. Don’t worry about that 😉

P.O. BOX address: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with an actual address to that we can ensure your products will reach you safely.

Order signing: Yes, therefore please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

Order Tracking: You will be able to track your order, after we ship it out, we will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped, which you can follow up directly on the shipping service webpage (USPS).

International Shipping: We can ship orders to all the countries in the world. Please note that some orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by that country. These additional fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.

Express Shipping: We do not offer express shipping service, therefore in certain cases you can make a special request for overnight shipping and we will check the availability and we will send you a quotation for the service.

Mielnio Invitations cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched.

Return Policy

Our main goal is to ensure all customers are happy and satisfied with our products and due all of our products are customized, we do not accept returns.

Therefore, if there is a problem with your order we will gladly fix it for you! In certain cases, we will arrange the remake of your order. Please carefully read our strict guidelines below:

Remake may be considered under the following conditions only:

  1. If you receive your stationery items and the artwork is significantly different from your final digital artwork proof, we will accept responsibility and a replacement will be sent at no charge. The differences can be on mistaken colors**, text or model only.
  2. We carefully pack all the order, but if your order arrives damaged because of packaging*** we will remake the damaged goods.
  3. When you ask for the remaking of your order on the next 2 days after the order arrival. (See next question for details)

*Its client’s responsibility to verify everything is correct on the e-proof, and once its approved if there is any mistake approved by you, it will not be subject to remaking, only if the printed goods are different than the one you authorize.

**Returns based on color issues are not accepted due to color variations on computer monitors, so you must consider a slight color change from your actual prints to what you see on screen. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on the samples, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary over time and may not match perfectly. While color may not always be an exact match, keep in mind that we always make sure each and every order looks beautiful and that the color will look beautiful!

***All of our shipped orders have insurance, so if the order arrives damaged due the shipping company issues, you will have to claim it directly to the shipping company (USPS).

Request a remaking of my order

If you believe the product to be faulty due to an error on our part, please notify via email to admin@milenio-invitations.com with your order number and pictures validating your order is subject to remaking under the conditions listed before in the next 48 hours after receiving your order. Failure to receive order number and pictures, will result in no action.

Upon receiving your notification, we will investigate the issue and reply to you in within 24 hours with our resolution. If your stationery is deemed to be faulty on the part of Milenio Invitations, we will of course correct or replace the damaged part of your order or the full order if its damaged entirety and will be shipped in the next 10 business days.

Please note that the colors of paper & cardstock, including envelopes, is as per the items outlined within this quote.

Damaged orders: We carefully pack all the order, but if your order arrives damaged due our packaging we will remake the damaged goods.

If the items are damaged due shipping company negligence and any other situations beyond our control, you may have to claim the insurance directly to the shipping company (USPS).

Mielnio Invitations cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched.

Disclaimer: While we take every care to ensure that you receive your correct order, occasionally errors do occur. Milenio Invitations recommend that you check your order immediately upon receipt. If an error has occurred, please advise us via email within 48 hours and we will rectify the shortage or error if it is different to the artwork that was approved by you. After this period Milenio Invitations takes no responsibility for any errors reported. To reprint any items due to errors not made by White Cherry Invitations, the cost to replace it will be at the same unit price you were quoted, plus applicable postage fees.

Cancelation Policy

Cancelation are allowed in the following cases:

In the next 24 hours you have to send an email and we will cancel it. (See down below for the refund details).

If you want to cancel after you receive an e-proof, due to the fact that our designers have spent time on the design of your order, $50 will be deducted as a design fee when we provide you the credit refund.

But if you want to cancel after receiving the e-proof because you don’t like it, remember you have unlimited rounds of revisions and changes.

Once the order is proceeding to print and assembly cancelations are not allowed.

Refunds: We do not make money refunds, if you cancel your order or want to make changes on it, we will give you credit in our store for a future order.

Decrease number of invitations: Once an order has been placed, it will not be possible to cancel an item due third party costs have been incurred and that we start handling the order materials as soon as we receive the order.

Copyright

All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of Milenio Invitations, they may not be reproduced in any form without prior written permission from Milenio Invitations.

It is the clients’ responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as the words of hymns or poems, images or photographs which are to be featured in the stationery. You shall indemnify Milenio Invitations on written demand in respect of any third party claims that material provided by you infringes that third party’s copyright.

Milenio Invitations reserves the right to use any stationery created for you to promote our products and services. However, we will never share any of your contact details with third parties.

Milenio Invitations reserves the right to turn a bespoke design into a Custom Collection design, but only after your wedding or event has taken place.

We retain the right to use artwork or elements from our Bespoke designs for marketing, advertising and on other products not just limited to stationery.

Milenio Invitations reserves the right to use images of your stationery for marketing purposes. This includes use on social media, all advertising (print, online and elsewhere). Please note that all personal contact details will be blurred and the location of your wedding is blurred if shared online before your wedding date.

Condition of Sale

It is a condition of sale, that Milenio Invitations details are discreetly displayed on the back of all invitations made. If you do not want this one your invite please inform us before your items are sent to print.

Offers

Only single offers / discounts can be used at any one time. Vouchers cannot be combined with any promotions.

Impossibility

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions (or any other agreement between us) that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you, our obligations will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the event and we will arrange a new timeline and delivery date.

Force majeure. notwithstanding the above, either party may choose to be excused of any further performance obligations in the event of a disastrous occurrence outside the control of Milenio Invitations, such as, but not limited to:

A natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms or infestation); or War, invasion, act of foreign enemies, embargo, or other hostility (whether declared or not); or Any hazardous situation created outside the control of either party such as a riot, disorder, nuclear leak or explosion, or act or threat of terrorism.

Failure to perform services. in the event designed with amore cannot or will not perform its obligations in any or all parts of this agreement, Milenio Invitations will:

Immediately give notice to client via the notice provisions detailed in this agreement; and excuse client of any further performance and/or payment obligations in this agreement.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to either accept or decline your order for any reason. We reserve the right at any time after the receipt of the order, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Some circumstances under which we may cancel the order may include but are not limited to 1) defects or damages found at the time of shipping, 2) errors in the product description, quantity and pricing on our website or catalog (if applicable), 3) due to any typographical error, 4) if an item is out of stock or no longer available, 5) we become aware of a product safety concern, or 6) if a product is in violation of copyright or infringement laws or any other legal issue.

By placing an order, you agree that to not checking any checkbox adding products or services in our ordered detail page means you are not buying any of those products or services and you don’t expect them to be done, even if they appear on the image of the product page.

This privacy policy describes how Milenio Invitations uses and protects any personal information that Milenio Invitations collect and use when you visit or make a purchase from this website. Milenio Invitations is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and to provide you with the best possible customer service experience, which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Milenio Invitations may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes.

Collection of your personal information

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to future Milenio Invitations customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password. Also, when you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”.

Order information

Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address and phone number.

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Minors

We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Sharing of your personal information

We may occasionally hire other companies to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Milenio Invitations takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organizations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

Behavioral Advertising

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

For example: We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics.

Use of your personal information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes: offering products for sale, processing payments, shipping and fulfillment of your order, and keeping you up to date on new products, services, and offers.

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, linked clicked on the site, areas of a page that the most time was spent on, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalized content to you while you are at this Site.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.

Credit Card Details

Mielnio Invitations uses Stripe and Paypal payments to handle credit card transactions at our checkout. No credit card details are stored in the Milenio Invitations site database, and all transmissions are handled securely via SSL to Stripe and PayPal.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Milenio Invitations reserves the right to make amendments to this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have objections to the Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Site.

Accessing Your Personal Information

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Mielnio Invitations reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.

Personal Data Deletion

When you place an order through the Site, we will retain your Personal Information for our records unless and until you ask us to erase this information. If you want to remove your personal data from Milenio Invitations, you can permanently close your Milenio Invitations account by contacting our Support team at admin@milenio-invitations.com for assistance. Once we receive your data deletion request, Milenio Invitations will delete any of your personal data and activity history immediately.

By closing your account, Milenio Invitations will remove all of your existing personal data, and will not be able to access any of your data including your name, email address, physical address, previous orders, and all data related to your activity on the Milenio Invitations website.

Please be informed that permanently closing your account means that you will not be able to access your favorite designs, saved designs, and any past purchases.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection).
